  • personally believe for you, your family, your team to receive wisdom, knowledge, health, and blessings throughout our time together

Focus Outward on You, our customer
  • We believe a customer is who we serve not just who we get revenue/resources from. We focus outward on the customer, not inward. We make it easy for customers to do business with us, by listening, anticipating, and responding to their needs
  • anyone is a potential customer because we are servants first
  • success of the customer relationship is:
    • first, the establishment of the relationship
    • second, the identification of our opportunity to server you
    • third, the opportunity to bless each other with resources needed to make progress
  • We know teamwork enables us to serve our customers better and faster. You are a customer, but you are also part of the team
  • We will strive to always serve as and with a team
  • promote the team as “Our Team” and not “My Team”
  • We believe delivering services as a team brings accountability
  • We will partner with other gifted people and experts in the area when we and the customer feel to it is beneficial.
Absolute Integrity is at the core of who we are
  • We believe integrity is at the core of who we are. It establishes the trust that is critical to the relationships we have. We believe we should take integrity to another level through absolute integrity to where there is never a questionWe will strive to always consider integrity, morals, character before committing to work
  • We will strive to be the first to admit to a breakdown in integrity or character
  • We will step aside when there is the potential for an integrity or character issue would hinder our ability to maintain absolute integrity
Humbleness is our strength
  • We know that our knowledge, wisdom, skills, talents is not our strength, humbleness is our strengthWe will never expect private or public honor
  • We will appreciate being recommended to others, but never as a condition of continued relationship
  • We will respectfully step aside when others that are more gifted or a better expert or a better “fit” are requested, needed, found to be able to provide a higher level of excellence
